How does Liquid Silicone Injection Moulding Work?

Very simply, Liquid Silicone Injection Moulding involves high-pressure injecting of liquid silicone rubber (LSR) into a mould cavity of your final product’s shape. Once the mould is filled, it’s then heated to start the curing process. The curing time depends on the size and complexity of the part, and this process turns the liquid silicone into a solid rubber part.
