We utilise a range of state-of-the-art injection moulding machines including Krauss Maffei, Battenfeld and BOY. Our machines are capable of handling a wide range of materials and complex geometries, ensuring consistent quality, performance, precision and efficiency across all products.
Roland Plastics has a diverse array of 22 injection moulding machines in our facility, enabling us to handle various production volumes and product complexities ranging from 0.1g parts up to 1.8 kg.
Our factory is equipped to handle high-volume production runs as well as smaller, specialised orders. With a variety of injection moulding machines and efficient production processes enable us to manufacture a million plastic components per month.
Both are correct, it’s purely down to where you live! The American spelling is Injection Molding without the U, but here in the UK we use Injection Moulding. So, both spellings are technically correct.

Yes, we have an on-site ISO-certified Class 8 cleanroom facility, enabling us to mould and assemble parts for industries that require high cleanliness standards.
