The investment into new and improved infrastructure continues at RPL/ETL with the recent migration to a new communication system.  The use of Teams and other communication software has increased during the current COVID crisis to allow more people to work remotely.  The team at RPL/ETL have been working remotely but with limited phone communications due to our old ‘wired’ system.   The new system allows office based staff to work from the office, at home and anywhere else seamlessly without loss of capability.

Ben Emerson, Director said “The current COVID crisis has shown a weakness in our business continuity which had to be fixed.  Working with local firm Comms Unite we have migrated to a new system allowing our staff to work from home, the office or anywhere else.”

Nick Delacamp, Comms Unite said “It is great to see companies investing at these times in new technology and especially as it allows the staff to work from multiple locations. As a business we use Teams for all telephony and were able to get this installation completed quickly and without any disruption to customer calls.”
